Interstate has been servicing Class “A” office buildings, medical and educational facilities for many of our original customers since 1988.
We currently service several million square feet of cleanable office space with a full-time staff of experienced management and personal supervision.
We are a tri-state leader in providing full janitorial services. All our trained uniformed staffing is directly employed by Interstate. We do not subcontract or franchise out any services with the exception of high-rise window cleaning and 24/7 emergency restoration.

Interstate Building Maintenance Corporation offers a unique client partnership program that provides a complete initial cleaning at the start of the contract at no additional cost.
All of our collateral services such as carpet shampooing are always provided to our clients at discounted rates.
Interstate’s management also conducts our own regular building inspections to ensure a consistent high level of service.
Interstate carries full comprehensive liability and workers’ compensation insurance and are bonded by a reputable ‘A’ rated insurance company.
