Interstate conducts ongoing quality control audits to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction. In addition to daily inspections conducted by a supervisor, each facility is monitored and inspected by a local area manager on a regular basis. Our quality assurance program consist of both regularly scheduled visits as well as unscheduled visits to each facility. Our managers submit monthly inspection reports for evaluation.
A quality assurance representative is available to meet with you for regular inspections and our customer services representatives will call to conduct a brief telephone survey to review your level of satisfaction. We strive for continual improvement of our service.
