Celebrating Excellence in Chicago

At Interstate, we know that people are at the heart of everything we do. Recently, our Chicago team at one of our national accounts reminded us just how powerful dedication, teamwork, and leadership can be—and we made sure to celebrate them in true Interstate fashion.

After receiving an incredible message from the site’s Maintenance Supervisor, we knew we had to do something special. The note highlighted how visiting GMs from across the country had been consistently impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. The supervisor went on to personally recognize Claudia and her team for their hard work, leadership, and attention to detail:

“Her leadership has been outstanding and always checking for opportunities with myself and managers in the building. My GM and I wanted to express that Claudia and the team should get recognized for their amazing work they do day in and day out.”

With that kind of praise, a simple “thank you” wouldn’t be enough—so we threw them a pizza party celebration on site! Each team member was personally acknowledged, thanked, and presented with a Certificate of Appreciation. We were thrilled to have the site’s leadership team join in to say a few words and be part of the recognition as well.

This event was more than just pizza—it was a moment to honor the incredible effort, pride, and professionalism our people bring every day. Congratulations to Claudia and her entire team for leading by example and raising the bar for what great service looks like.
